The Field Sales Portal is an integration with segregated access to the ‘Reports’ tab on your SKYPAD app. It is a centralized platform designed to empower sales teams with up-to-date access to crucial sales and inventory data. It enables field sales representatives to efficiently manage their activities, track inventory levels, and make informed decisions, while on the go.
Field reps can prepare product training guidelines with product images and store-specific buys to conduct product trainings for department stores and key specialty stores, utilizing SKYPAD data to prepare in advance.
Window looks
Regional VMs can provide seasonal visual merchandising guidelines for store staff, including key window looks and styles for the season.
ATS
Field reps can closely monitor SKYPAD sales/inventory data and work closely with store managers, sales associates, and buyers, for in-season reorder opportunities, as well as swaps and transfer opps.
Store Visits
If your SKYPAD subscription includes the Shipments Integration and has the 'On Order' metric on the AdHoc tab, then during a store visit, if store staff cannot locate a style, the field team member can locate it via SKYPAD. SKYPAD would provide rough status of product and then this would be confirmed by the buyer and/or warehouse/logistics team to locate accurate status/location of product (i.e., follow up on tracking #).
