What time does class start?

All classes run from 9:00 - 5:00.

Will class end early on the last day?

Generally yes, but the decision of booking an early flight, etc. is left to you.

How Do I Register?

For 24-hour service, visit our class schedules on our website, by clicking here. You can register in one of two different ways:
Register online, by Clicking on our online registration form. Fill out a registration form, and fax it back to: 770-234-5532 with a copy of your purchase order or credit card information.

When are classes offered?

Classes are offered year-round in our New York City training centers. Go to Public Schedule to view the most up-to-date class schedules or call us at 1-866-641-6017 to speak to an Account Manager. You can also send us an email at training@skyitgroup.com to receive a course schedule via email.

What if I need to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule a course that you have already registered for, please call 866-641-6017.

What if I need to Cancel?

Students who withdraw from a course at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the course date will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future class. Example: If your class begins on a Monday, you must cancel by 5pm (EST) the prior Monday in order to receive a refund or credit.

Is lunch provided?

No, lunch is not provided. Breakfast is provided.

Is there any dress code?

No. Please dress comfortably, as you will be in class all day.
