Automated portal scrapes eliminate the time wasted on tedious portal surfing. Vendor portals are scraped to retrieve UPC/Door level metrics after you go to sleep on Sunday night. This means that come Monday, your style-selling data is scraped, validated, and readily available for self-serve analysis. Access your infomration in a timely manner, ages before the competition.
Merchant Spreadsheets
Merchandisers and planners now rely on retailer style-selling merchant reports (PDF/Excel) sent on a weekly basis. Managing so many inbound reports can be overwhelming yet crucial when it comes to analysis. SKYPAD identifies, by retailer, specific reports that provide vendors with the most detailed metrics, UPC and door. SKYPAD collects, scrapes, and validates the data from each report, eliminating all manual processes.
EDI852
Many retailers still provide EDI852 data transmissions to their vendors weekly. SKYPAD has the ability to integrate EDI with merchant spreadsheets or portal data from a single retailer to ensure complete and consistent metrics including 'units' and 'dollars'. With strategic partnerships with OpenText, SKYPAD collects your EDI data seamlessly with minimal setup requirements.

SKYPAD for Saks will eliminate your team’s need to track down reporting by providing access to Style Selling and Door Selling performance in a consistent, timely, and easy-to-use interface. Download standard template reports or create your own, our support team will be there to assist!

Data Availability

What reports are included in SKYPAD for SFA? SKYPAD for SFA includes two reports, designed to mimic the reports that merchants emailed in the past. The Style Selling report will include full-price, style-color level WTD/PTD/STD/LTD sales, inventory, STD/LTD receipts, and on order. The Location report includes store-level total WTD/PTD/STD TY/LY sales.

Are all of my Departments included in one reporting view? Yes, you will have access to all data associated with the SFA Vendor ID that is included in the first email you will receive from hbc@skyitgroup, and on the Billing form linked in that same email.

I manage multiple SFA Vendor IDs- do I have the ability to combine multiple SFA Vendor IDs into one app? Please fill out the Multiple SFA Vendor IDs form and a specialist will be in touch.

What is a SFA Vendor ID? A SFA Vendor ID (ie. Saks Fifth Avenue Vendor ID) is an identifier assigned by Saks that we use to determine which data you can and cannot see. Chances are you do not know your SFA Vendor ID (it’s different than the Manufacturer ID, which is frequently included in the merchant reports you used to receive via email). However, there’s no need to ask your merchant for this ID- we include it in the intro email you will receive from hbc@skyitgroup.com, and on the Billing form.

Will I have access to historical data in SKYPAD for SFA? Yes! You will have access to two years of selling data.

Does this include Saks Canada data? Yes, so long as the SFA Vendor ID assigned to you includes Canadian data.

Does SKYPAD for SFA include Off Fifth, Lord & Taylor, Hudson Bay, or The Bay? The SKYPAD for SFA app only includes Saks locations at this time.

Reporting Functionality

How many people can access SKYPAD for SFA? The SKYPAD for SFA subscription includes one username. This username can be shared amongst your team, but cannot be used by two or more people at the same time. If you are interested in purchasing additional usernames, please email sfasupport@skyitgroup.com.

Does my merchant have access to SKYPAD for SFA? Yes! You will be analyzing the same data.

Will I be able to export reports to Excel? Yes, in just a few clicks you will have an Excel report ready to use.

Can I receive Saks reporting via email, instead of via online reporting app? No, but downloading excel reports in the SKYPAD app is quick and easy.

Pricing & Payment

Is there a fee for SKYPAD for SFA? Yes, there is a setup fee and a monthly fee.

Why am I paying for data I used to receive for free? Fair question! SKYPAD for SFA ensures that you receive selling data in a consistent format every Monday morning, inclusive of all Departments and Brands. SKYPAD also stores historical data, so you don’t have to worry about losing past reports. SKYPAD provides both US and Canada locations. Also, SKYPAD’s Style report includes product images!

Is there a free/’Lite’ alternative? No, the setup fee and monthly are required.

Can I pay by ACH/check/cash/bitcoin/free clothes? Unfortunately we can only accept credit card.
