What time does class start
All classes run from 9:00 - 5:00.

Will class end early on the last day?
Generally yes, but the decision of booking an early flight, etc. is left to you.

Do I need to bring anything?
No.

How Do I Register?
For 24-hour service, visit our class schedules on our website,
by clicking here. You can register in one of two different ways:

When are classes offered?
Classes are offered year-round in our New York City training centers. Go to
Public Schedule to view the most up-to-date class schedules or call us at 1-866-641-6017 to speak to an Account Manager. You can also send us an email at training@skyitgroup.com to receive a course schedule via email.

What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule a course that you have already registered for, please call 866-641-6017.

What if I need to Cancel?
Students who withdraw from a course at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the course date will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future class. Example: If your class begins on a Monday, you must cancel by 5pm (EST) the prior Monday in order to receive a refund or credit. To View the Sky Cancellation Policy,

What if I don't see a class listed?
Give us a call at 866-641-6017.

Is lunch provided?
No, lunch is not provided. Breakfast is provided.

Is there any dress code?
No. Please dress comfortably, as you will be in class all day.

Can substitutions be made?
Yes, as long as the substitute is from the same company, and we are notified prior to the start of class.

Can I contact the instructor if I have any questions?
The instructor will be more than happy to assist you with any specific questions during the course, when time permits.

Will I be sent a receipt?
If you purchased the training online using a credit card, you will receive an invoice marked "PAID" within 5-7 business days.

Can I purchase the student work books or have copies of the slides?
No, workbooks are given to students as part of the course, they are not for individual sale. Only Certified Instructors (CI) have authorization to order workbooks and use the presentation slides.

If the course is cancelled when will I be notified?
Our policy is to cancel a course one week prior to start if it will not run for any reason. In the event that happens, you will have the option of receiving a refund or applying you credit toward a future training. You will be contacted via email in the event of a cancellation.

Do you offer any special discounts?
The current special or discount programs can be located on the
registration page.

Is Sky a Certified Training Facility?
Yes. Sky is an HP Spftware Certified Training Partner (CTP), an HP Certification Proctoring Center (CPC), and an IBM Education Center for IBM Software (ECIS) Partner.

Can you conduct the training at my company?
Sky offers both on-site & customized training. For more details on this offering, call 1-866-641-6017 for a sales rep.

Do you offer classes in the evenings & weekends?
Unfortunately, the demand is not there to hold night & evening classes. If a customer is interested in scheduling an onsite class during the evening or weekends, we can support that service.

I want to get certified on HP Software, how do I go about registering for an HP certification exam?
Certification information can be located on the certification training schedule. For Specific inquiries, you will need to contact HP's certification department or go to their
website. All payment and registration for certifications, must go directly through HP.

My company is an HP Software Partner, can we attend your training for Free?
Sky does not satify, training credits for IBM or HP training vouchers. If you receieved a special discount through HP or IBM, you must complete the training at their facility.

Are your instructors Certified?
All of our instructor go through a complete product & instructor level certification before they can begin training for our customers or at our facility.
