What time does class start
All classes run from 9:00 - 5:00.

Will class end early on the last day?
Generally yes, but the decision of booking an early flight, etc. is left to you.

Do I need to bring anything?
No.

How Do I Register?
For 24-hour service, visit our class schedules on our website,
by clicking here. You can register in one of two different ways:

When are classes offered?
Classes are offered year-round in our New York City training centers. Go to
Public Schedule to view the most up-to-date class schedules or call us at 1-866-641-6017 to speak to an Account Manager. You can also send us an email at training@skyitgroup.com to receive a course schedule via email.

What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule a course that you have already registered for, please call 866-641-6017.

What if I need to Cancel?
Students who withdraw from a course at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the course date will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future class. Example: If your class begins on a Monday, you must cancel by 5pm (EST) the prior Monday in order to receive a refund or credit. To View the Sky Cancellation Policy,

What if I don't see a class listed?

Is lunch provided?
No, lunch is not provided. Breakfast is provided.

Is there any dress code?
No. Please dress comfortably, as you will be in class all day.
